The quickest way to order is through the NHS App — here is how it works.
How to Order
- Use the NHS App (recommended) — order your repeat prescription and choose a nominated pharmacy to collect from.
- Or use online triage — submit a prescription request through our online triage service.
- Or leave a written request at reception during opening hours.
Processing time
Please allow at least 3 working days for a prescription to be processed and sent to your nominated pharmacy.
Weight-loss medication (e.g. Mounjaro)
We are receiving a high number of enquiries about weight-loss injections. These are not currently prescribed through routine GP appointments — contact reception about referral pathways.
